"Light Touch" is an interactive sculptural object designed by the artist George Peck, and fabricated by Prototope. The design of the intricate acrylic spiral was conceived by the artist as a way to utilize the precision of the laser cutter. The spiral reflects and varies light in subtle ways, and invites the holder to touch and manipulate the coils.
Prototope also worked with the artist on the packaging for the spiral and its base. The box is made from laser cut and engraved museum board, with a laser cut EVA foam insert.
Each Light Touch is signed and dated by George Peck.
