Prototope strives to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality for every order we receive. We are always testing new materials and techniques, and work closely with you to make sure you are pleased with the final product. Our Support page provides information to help prepare and optimize your files for fabrication. 	1) PREPARE YOUR FILES: We accept files for laser cutting in a variety of different formats (Rhino, Illustrator, CAD). You can download the laser templates for each program on our Support page. The templates will show you the bed size and colors you should use for your lines. If you are not comfortable working in these programs or if you need help translating your designs into one of the formats, let us know.
	2) SPECIFY YOUR MATERIALS: Make sure you specify the exact material and thickness in your email. Our Materials page lists many of the materials we typically cut with the laser (and those that we cannot cut). However, we are always willing to test new materials. If you already have a specific material for your job or for testing, you can either mail it to us or drop it off at our studio (our address is on our Contact page). We carry a small inventory of common materials such as chipboard and acrylic in our studio, but we tend to order most material by the job.
	3) SUBMIT YOUR ORDER BY EMAIL: You can submit your files to us by email at info@prototope.com. Make sure to specify the materials and any special considerations for your order. Once we receive your email, we will take a look at the file as soon as we can and provide you with an estimate for the job.
	4) SHIPPING: We can ship your order to you by mail or FedEx, or if you are nearby we can arrange a time for you to pick up your order here in our studio.
	5) PAYMENT: We accept payments by check (made out to Prototope), credit cards (via our Google Checkout system), or if you pick up the order in our studio we can accept exact payments in cash.
