"Mole Traces"

Client: Shaul Tzemach(link)
Type: Artistic Work
Material: Terraskin Paper
Technique: Laser cutting

Artist Shaul Tzemach contacted Prototope to produce his first experiment in laser cut paper. Tzemach's work in hand-cut paper was recently shown in the Museum of Arts and Design's exhibit "Slash: Paper Under the Knife" (through April 4, 2010). Tzemach's laser cut work was a mirror image of free-associative animistic forms. The intricate digitally-created work was laser cut into Terraskin paper, which Tzemach described as creating a "complex insight into multiplicity."
